5 Tips from Dr. Mabrie to Look & Feel Fabulous

  1. Get plenty of rest. Yes, it's obvious, but often over-looked. 7½ to 8 hours is ideal to help you get through your busy day.
  2. Take care of your skin. Cleanse your face before going to bed and have a good skincare regimen. If your skincare needs an over-haul or you need more correction than over-the-counter products can provide - check out Obagi Nu Derm.
  3. Stay hydrated by drinking 64 oz or more of water or other non-caffeinated beverages throughout the day. Cut back on the sodas that can have loads of unwanted sugar.
  4. Get moving. 30 minutes of exercise keeps your body healthy and strong. Go for a walk after work or try a new excise video or class.
  5. Eat a healthy balanced diet. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, grains, and low-fat protein will help keep you youthful and glowing. Watch out for processed foods that contain loads of sodium, sugars, and trans-fats.
