This man had a rhinoplasty combined with submental liposuction in San Francisco by Dr. Mabrie. His primary goal was to lift his drooping nasal tip, reduce the curve, and stop the tip from drooping more when he smiled.  He also had the neck liposuction to improve the definition of his jawline.  His 3 month results are shown.  Using the surgical improvement as an impetus, he has kept the transformaion ball rolling with improved exercise and diet and is looking great.
