Selected patient models receive a customized Under Eye Filler package and 2 professional makeup sessions at NO COST.

This is your opportunity to experience a customized treatment plan while helping us showcase the transformative power of dermal fillers, BOTOX, and makeup.

Program Guidelines & Eligibility Requirements

No purchase is necessary to participate. Applicants must follow @mabriefacialinstitute and @stefaniefritzxo and complete the form above by December 18, 2024.

  • Best Fit for Treatment: Models will be selected based on candidacy for under eye treatments and must be in good health. Please disclose any medical conditions that could affect your eligibility for BOTOX or filler treatments.
  • Age & Identity: Applicants must be 18 years or older. All ages and gender identities are welcome.
  • Availability: Models must commit to 4 appointments from January thru May 2025.
  • Best Fit for Treatment: Models will be selected based on candidacy for under eye treatments and must be in good health. Please disclose any medical conditions that could affect your eligibility for BOTOX or filler treatments.
  • Sessions & Locations:
    • 1 session in Santa Rosa for make-up
    • 3 sessions in San Francisco for BOTOX and filler treatments
    • Models are responsible for their own transportation
  • Comfort with Filming: Models must be comfortable with being filmed and interviewed during treatment and share their experience.
  • Media Consent: A signed release form granting Mabrie Facial Cosmetic, Inc., and Stefanie Fritz permission to use photos, video, and testimonials across all platforms is required.
  • Non-Transferable: This promotion and its benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Refundable Deposit: A $500 treatment deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded upon completion of your model sessions.
