Background: This New York Asian woman, in her 30's, felt her nasal tip seemed broad and boxy. She wanted to strengthen her nasal bridge and refine her nasal tip, without making it bigger. She discovered Dr. Mabrie's website and liked the fact that he had a lot of experience with Asian noses, as well as his aesthetic eye (as evidence by the patients in his photo gallery). She flew from New York to visit Dr. Mabrie in his San Francisco office to consult for Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty.

Dr. Mabrie's Assessment: "I felt very satisfied with the results of this case. There was a lot of opportunity for improvement with her nose. Her bridge was low, the contour was irregular because of collapse in her middle nasal vault, and her tip was broad and undefined. These are all problems that respond easily with fillers."

Procedure: Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty using 1 syringe of Restylane.

Follow-Up: Patient shown immediatley after treatment, she says she is glad she made the flight!
