We have a 2-business day cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show for your appointment with less than 2-business day’s notice, a late cancellation fee of $300 will apply. The credit card you provided to secure your appointment will be charged.  Any appointment deposits will be applied towards the late cancellation and a new deposit is necessary to schedule another appointment.  Same day cancellations due to illness will be treated like other same day cancellations.

To reach us after-hours, please call the office and leave a message.  The practice has a live-operator, answering service available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.  We will retrieve your time-stamped message on the following business day and process your request.
