Dr. Mabrie has trained at some of our nation's most prestigious medical centers, graduating from medical school at the University of California, San Francisco, completing a surgical residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and a fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgery at Stanford University. He has been practicing plastic surgery of the face and neck in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last five years.

How Do I Schedule a Consultation?

Susan Cole, our patient coordinator, is the 'concierge' of our practice.

Our helpful office staff can assist you with making a consultation to see Dr. Mabrie. You have two options to save on your consultation. If you're considering cosmetic surgery, you can Save $50 on Your Surgical Consultation when you print out our online coupon. Or, if non-surgical procedures interest you, receive a Free Med Spa Consultation (a $100 savings) with our online coupon when you have your procedure the same day as your consult. Soon after you contact us online our Patient Coordinator, Susan Cole, will give you a call to find an appointment time that works best for you.

We will ask you to secure your appointment time with Dr. Mabrie with a credit card. Your card is not charged, but in the event that you not show for your appointment, your office fee will still apply. The waiting list of people eager to Dr. Mabrie is long and we are trying to accommodate everyone.

Appointment Registration

If you have already scheduled a consultation with Dr. Mabrie, you may want to complete your Patient Registrations Forms before your appointment. Please download and complete the following forms before your appointment. Forms are available in PDF for your convenience:

What Should I Expect at My Consultation?

When you arrive, please check-in with the receptionist. You may pay your consultation fee at the time of check-in. If your Patient Registration Forms are complete, please give them to receptionist to review. If you haven't pre-registered, please arrive a few minutes early to complete the forms.

Plan to spend about an hour and half with us. This allows you plenty of time to meet with Dr. Mabrie and review your goals and address any of your questions. Dr. Mabrie may take a few photographs of your face and put them on computer to assist in your discussion. With the latest computer equipment, Dr. Mabrie utilizes computer-generated imaging during your appointment to compliment your discussion and visualize the possibilities.

After formulating treatment options, Dr. Mabrie will provide you a written Summary of Recommendations that will outline the fees associated with your procedure or treatment, including facility and anesthesia costs (if necessary).

After meeting with Dr. Mabrie, you may meet with our Patient Coordinator, Susan Cole, who can answer all of your questions regarding fees and financing.

While we don't offer in-house financing, we do work with two excellent companies: Capital One and Reliance Finance Company. Both companies offer excellent finance rates (as low as 5.9%) and can give you approval over-the-phone in about 15 minutes.

What Happens after My Consultation?

After your consultation, Susan, our Patient Coordinator, will contact you to schedule your surgery. Our scheduling deposit is $1,000 and is necessary to secure a time for surgery. Typically, we can schedule a date for you within two weeks.
