To help you prepare for your visit with us in Pinole or San Francisco, we've provided the following patient forms and information to help you save time and prepare for your treatment.

If you are unable to complete the forms prior to your consultation, please arrive at your appointment 15 minutes early.
Preparing for Your Non-Surgical Treatment
- Avoid Motrin, Aspirin, and Fish Oil the week prior, as they increase bruising.

If you receive a non-surgical treatment on the same day as your consultation, the consultation fee will be waived.
Preparing for Your Surgical Consultation
- Bring photographs that represent your goals.
- Print images from our Photo Gallery.
- Review our Practice Videos.
- Apply for financing through CareCredit.
To prepare for your surgical consultation, it's helpful to bring in photographs or images that best represent your goals. Our Photo Gallery shows many patients that may have had a similar surgery.
During your consultation, Dr. Mabrie will take photographs and perform computer-generated imaging (if applicable). Later, you will have an opportunity to speak with one of our Patient Coordinators to discuss fees, financing, and scheduling.
NOTE: Surgeries booked on the day of the consultation may have the consultation fee waived. You may want to apply for financing prior to your appointment.
Fees and Financing
We are pleased to offer our patients financing with CareCredit and SurgeryLoans.com. They offer flexible payment plans for cosmetic procedures. You may want to obtain approval prior to your consultation. For further details, review our financing information.
Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is $150.00, and is payable at the time that your appointment is being scheduled. We are happy to accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as payment. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks or Discover Card. We will apply the consultation fee to the procedure cost for patients who receive treatment or schedule surgery on the day of their consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancelation/rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48-hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $150 will apply. The credit card you provided to secure your appointment will be charged. To reach us after-hours, please call the office and leave a message. We will retrieve your time-stamped message on the following business day and process your request.
