I found MFI while searching for non-surgical rhinoplasty. I’ve been curious about a nose job for years but prefer to stay as natural as possible, so no surgery. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I got in quickly. Vivian, my nurse, was approachable and explained everything clearly, easing my concerns. I appreciated the informative video and the before/after examples similar to my desired results. Dr. Mabrie was personable and thoroughly explained his recommendations, ensuring I understood his vision by having me look in the mirror multiple times. After the consult, Vivian and I discussed cost options without any rush, making me feel confident in my decision. Despite being nervous about my first filler, the team walked me through it, provided breaks, and gave positive feedback, showing me the progress in the mirror. I was thrilled with the immediate results. Beyond the physical changes, this experience significantly boosted my confidence, especially after a tough year in 2023 and moving to SF to start fresh. For the first time in years, I actually felt pretty when I looked in the mirror. Dr. Mabrie’s artistry gave me a natural-looking nose with a bridge and a refined tip, refreshed my under eyes, and reduced my jowls. Included is a quick photo showing slight bruising and some pressure on my nose, but nothing too bad and I love how I’m looking even with no makeup on. My only feedback is that a post-care instruction sheet would be helpful. Also, offering a skincare goodie bag for clients spending over a certain amount would be a nice touch, similar to the great experiences I had with Dr. Cheng in Saratoga from skincare goodie bags to discounts for being a loyal client.

The level of care, warmth, and attention to detail that come from the staff and Dr. Mabrie at The Mabrie Facial Institute, will make you wonder how you have ever settled for less, going anywhere else. The facility is beautiful and clean, staff so sweet and inviting, and you really feel like you matter here. This place isn’t just about beauty, but exceptional patient care AND education as well. Watch the videos. Look at the website. Cover their content. Everything is consistent and cohesive and when you actually show up your expectations will be met above and beyond. The baseline effort of everything these folks do is nothing less than exceptional. I’ve never had a facial analysis done before and it’s validating and fascinating to have such a sensitive topic of how you would like to improve your face, discussed in such a professional way. I will definitely be coming back for future treatments and recommending them to others. Specific shout out to Dr. Mabrie and Crystal for taking such good care of me today! Loved meeting the other staff as well who are very warm and enthusiastic. 🙂

Dr. Mabrie is the best with the needle. His practice is thee most thorough, they tracks results in a way you won’t find anywhere else. Everyone here goes above and beyond in every way with customer service. Attention to detail is extremely important to me and Dr. Mabrie and his staff pay tremendous attention to every detail. He is a true artist. I’m so grateful to have found Dr Mabrie and will be his customer for life.

Have you read the book unreasonable hospitality? I have, and Mabrie Facial Institute embodies a level of personalized service and hospitality that, as a rule, does not really exist in the world anymore. As someone who has worked in the field of Customer Experience, this was a textbook experience of how do things well. It started with my first phone call to them. The woman who helped me went above and beyond to find a way to get me in on short notice given my situation (vs just telling me sorry we don't have any openings for weeks). Then upon arrival the staff was super sweet, attentive, personable. The office itself had a personality! The waiting room played slideshows of the patients and the doctor and his family (which was so sweet). It had snacks galore everywhere. It was well designed/appointed. Once in a room, the team asked what type of music I liked so that they could play it. During the course of treatment, the assistant asked me what my plans were for the rest of the day. I told her I was supposed to show my Mother-in-law around the city. As I was wrapping up, getting ready to walk out the door she gifted me some chocolates, and added an extra one for my mother in law, because she remembered that conversation. Kudos to Dr Mabrie and his team- he's really instilled a wonderful culture in his office and it shows up in the great people that you interact with there- and in how they treat their patients. Definitely a new fan!

Dr. Mabrie is simply the best. It’s worth the money, yall. I instantly look more awake/young with just a touch of Mabrie’s magic! the staff was so friendly and comforting. The nurse Lindsey was so soothing always reminding me to breathe through the procedure, she did a wonderful job numbing me before the procedure, I could barely feel the needle with the lip filler going in! I was also in and out. I was seen right away and out in about 90 minutes. Crystal and Becky were also so sweet too. The practice manager Susan came out to greet me after and made sure I was happy. I loved my experience and would recommend Dr. Mabrie, the PA Kimberly and his staff in a heart beat ❤️ my lips are a bit swollen in this pic since it was taken right after the appt but look at how smooth my under eyes are 😍 thank you so much!

I have been going to Dr. Mabrie for five years now and consider him an artist. He helps me to maintain a natural look that is never obvious. His team is professional and the office runs smoothly while also being a lot of fun! Every visit feels like catching up with old friends.

I trust Dr. Mabrie with my face. He takes the time to understand my concern and identifies what area in my face can be improved. He would discourage me from doing a specific area if he doesn't see the benefit over the risk and cost. I have been his patient for more than 10 years and would never trust my face with anyone else. When I visited MFI this week, I was super impressed by the clinician staff, Erin. (She's relatively new so I don't think she's on MFI website yet, and I hope I spelled your name right Erin!) Erin is super sweet and a good listener and supporter. She took the time to explore my concerns and made me understand the new filler (new to me) that would be best with the area I want to do. And thank you Kimberly / Lindsey for sharing your insight on the new filler info to make me feel confident about it.

I had THE BEST experience at Dr. Mabrie's office! From the terrific staff and nurses to Dr. Mabrie himself, it was probably the best experience I've had a cosmetic surgery institute. Dr. Mabrie was very personable and took great care and time explaining different procedures to me and nurse Lindsay was amazing!
