My experience at Mabrie Facial Institute was nothing short of amazing! Upon arriving the first thing that stood out was the Esthetic. Very warm and inviting atmosphere with friendly staff. As I waited for my appointment Dr Mabrie showed me to the message chair where I relaxed and waited for my appointment to start. During the appointment his assistant Miss Lindsay was awesome and super sweet. She answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable. The recommendations the Dr gave me addressed the issue I had with my face as well as other areas that could be defined. His suggestions were not pushy or like a sales pitch it was more of just recommendations. I went over the packaging with Miss Lindsay who customized my treatment plan to fit my needs and my budget. Again she was super helpful and nice. After we went over the options I decided to do the full face package but just start off with the Botox to my lower face and then return in the next couple of weeks for the second phase. My lower face Botox took all of two minutes and it was over. Pain level for me was a 4 hardly no pain at all. After care was real simple to follow and I have no soreness or bruising in my face at all. I cannot wait to go back Im super excited!! I highly recommend Mabrie Facial Institution for your facial concerns and issues you will not be disappointed 🙂

My experience with The front office team, Nurse Lindsey and Dr. Mabrie was just fantastic. You walk into this environment that immediately puts you at ease. Not sterile and cold. You have to check it out. The team members appear to be happy that they are there and really enjoy their job.I was so impressed that I asked if the had a culture coach.they do not and the positive , friendly vibe is authentic. Nurse Lindsey is my new best friend, She’s such a sweet heart. Very smart lady ,Very informative, great listener and answered all my questions . I decided to move forward with treatment on my first visit. Dr Mabrie did not disappoint. He is just as friendly and nice as his team. They both were very attentive to me and my needs . They continued to reassure me during the treatment .I am completely satisfied after one visit .that is not something I say often. I have high standards and big expectations and they nailed it.

Nurse Lindsay is phenomenal!! The education and follow up was detailed and concise. I have gotten fillers before, but always left feeling pressured and unsure. Dr Mabrie, has an excellent team supporting his artistry and practice. Thank you for improving the beauty in everyone that enters!
