Dermal Fillers for a More Chiseled Look
This handsome patient is proof that you can achieve a slimmer, more contoured face without surgery. He came to MFI seeking enhanced jawline definition and a more sculpted, masculine look.
After a careful assessment, Dr. Mabrie focused on creating volume where projection was lacking. He brought our patient’s face into balance by strategically adding filler to the chin, cheeks, jawline, under eyes, and nose.
Two treatments later, you can see how chiseled our patient’s jawline looks and how his cheekbones “pop.” Where before there were shadows under the eyes, light now reflects smoothly and evenly. These results show how dermal fillers alone can be used for facial slimming and balancing.

Filler Reset Shows Age Is Just a Number
Following a subpar filler experience that left her under-eye area puffy, this vibrant grandmother of 12 was hesitant to try filler again. After a year of following MFI’s before and after transformations on Instagram, she came to us for the rejuvenation she deserved.
The first step was to dissolve the old filler so we could start fresh. We then used fillers of different densities to restore soft, even volume across her face. This careful application added lift and structure, smoothing and brightening the under eyes and softening her marionette lines and nasolabial folds.
We also used BOTOX to reduce forehead lines and improve the dimpled texture on her chin. As in our previous case, our patient’s needs evolved throughout treatment. To continue balancing her facial features, we also added filler to her forehead and nose. Taken together, you can see how these changes gave her a vibrant, youthful, and healthy look. Her jawline is cleaner, her eyes look more alert, and her features blend naturally with each other.
A Milestone Makeover Worth the Trip
To celebrate turning 40, this beautiful patient traveled from out of state to refresh a tired, heavy look and create better symmetry in her features. Most of all, she sought a subtle touch that would keep her results as natural-looking as possible.
To help our patient get birthday-ready, we performed an i360 Full Face treatment. We used BOTOX to soften frown lines and subtly raise the eyebrows, as well as to slim the lower face, soften a square jawline, and smooth chin dimpling. We created lift and support in the midface using filler and brought the lower face into balance by defining the jawline and improving the chin’s symmetry.
Look at the difference! Her features are in greater harmony and are now better proportioned top to bottom. Our patient now looks brighter, lighter, and effortlessly rejuvenated. The transformation is striking, yet the work that went into it fades into the background—exactly what our patient wanted!
Form Meets Function in This Glow-Up
Our final patient spotlight is a lovely woman in her 60s seeking to refresh her appearance without surgery. In addition to addressing her overall aging concerns, she had a very specific functional request: she wanted to enhance her nasal bridge so her glasses would stay in place.
Her i360 Full Face treatment included under-eye rejuvenation, midface and cheek support, jowl softening, chin and jawline definition, and nasal bridge augmentation. We added structure and lift where volume had been lost and refined the transitions between her features.
You can see how evenly the light reflects across her face now. The dark circles under her eyes are gone, her cheeks appear higher, and her chin has a more clearly defined point. In addition, her marionette lines are significantly softened, thanks to the added support along her jawline. This example is a great reminder that the best results can be achieved without going under the knife.
