Before And After Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty After Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 307
ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This woman in her 40's came to us hoping to refine the appearance of her nose after a prior surgical rhinoplasty in her teens. She had experienced trauma to the nose at age 18 and underwent surgery, but remained self-conscious about residual asymmetries — particularly a dip on her profile view and a visible bridge irregularity. Though she had wanted to improve her nose for years, she was hesitant to undergo a second surgery. After following Dr. Mabrie’s work for some time, she scheduled a consultation for a non-surgical solution
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Our i360˚ Full Face Assessment guided the overall approach to ensure her nasal refinement complemented her full facial structure. This allowed us to make nuanced adjustments while preserving facial natural beauty.
While the nose was her primary concern, the treatment plan considered the overall balance of her facial features to ensure natural, harmonious results.
- Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: Focused on smoothing out a post-surgical divot along the nasal bridge and improving symmetry on both the profile and frontal views. We used fillers to contour the nose, camouflage dorsal hump irregularities, and enhance tip projection without adding bulk.
THE OUTCOME
She’s so happy with her results — and even happier that they look completely natural. She’d waited years to make this change, and thanks to a personalized, non-surgical plan, no one has guessed she had anything done.
