ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This confident, career-driven woman in her 50s came to Mabrie Facial Institute hoping to feel more like herself again. She noticed that the lower half of her face was starting to shift—what she described as “everything heading south.” Her primary concerns were marionette lines forming around her mouth and the early signs of jowling along her jawline. These subtle changes were affecting how she felt when she looked in the mirror. While she wasn’t looking for a dramatic overhaul, she wanted to appear refreshed and more lifted, especially around the mouth and jaw area.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Using Dr. Mabrie’s Illumination 360° approach, we focused on supporting the facial structure and softening the lower face. Dr. Mabrie treated her with a custom combination of dermal fillers, including various densities of Restylane®, RHA® Collection, and Juvederm®, to rebuild volume and improve facial contour. Filler was placed with precision around the marionette lines to lift the corners of the mouth and smooth the deepening folds. To address jowling, volume was restored along the jawline and lateral lower face, creating a more defined and youthful silhouette. By also treating balancing areas like the cheeks and chin, we were able to subtly lift and contour the entire lower face.

THE OUTCOME
