ABOUT OUR PATIENT
Our patient in her 40s came to us looking for a refreshed, more youthful appearance. She was noticing heaviness in her lower face, which was creating marionette lines and early jowling. Those pesky lines around the mouth and chin crease were becoming more noticeable, and she wanted to smooth them out while lifting and contouring her face.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
To address her concerns, we used a combination of dermal fillers and Botox. Cheek filler was strategically placed to restore volume and subtly lift the lower face. Chin filler helped smooth out the chin crease and improve overall facial balance. Botox was used to relax the muscles that contribute to the downward pull around the mouth, creating a soft and lifted effect.

THE OUTCOME
Her before and after transformation speaks for itself! The heaviness in her lower face is noticeably reduced, and her laugh lines and pre-jowl areas appear softer and smoother.
