ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This lovely patient in her 30s came to us after a previous surgical rhinoplasty left her with subtle shadowing and a touch of asymmetry at the nasal tip. Our goal was to refine, not reinvent. Using a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler, we made precise, targeted injections to smooth out the tip and bridge. We also addressed the slant of the nasal rim, which appeared slightly lower, and built up the columella to enhance balance and support. This technique allowed us to improve symmetry, soften shadowing, and refine contour—all without adding bulk or compromising her natural look.
