ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient, in his 40s, came to MFI with a refined aesthetic goal: to look more rested, sculpted, and editorial while fully preserving his natural masculinity. MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Using our signature i360 Full Face approach, Dr. Mabrie designed a comprehensive rejuvenation plan completed gradually between June 2018 and June 2024, with under eye rejuvenation serving as the foundation of the transformation.

Timeline of Treatments

2018 – Under-Eye Rejuvenation & Midface Support
Treatment began with strategic hyaluronic acid filler placement beneath the eyes to soften hollowness, reduce dark shadowing, and restore a more energized appearance. Midface support was added to improve the transition between the lower eyelids and cheeks, helping the under-eye area appear smoother and brighter.

2019–2020 – Forehead Balancing & Profile Refinement
Dermal filler was used to soften a sloped forehead contour, creating a smoother transition into the nasal bridge while enhancing overall facial and profile balance.

2020–2022 – Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty & Cheek Contouring
A non-surgical rhinoplasty refined the nasal bridge and subtly lifted the tip for a stronger, more sculpted side profile. Cheek contouring added structure and angularity, helping elongate the face and create a more defined, high-fashion appearance.

2022–2024 – Lip Enhancement & Maintenance Refinement
Subtle lip enhancement restored proportion and structure to the lower face while maintaining masculine balance. Ongoing maintenance treatments preserved the refreshed under-eye appearance and full-face contouring results with a natural finish.

THE OUTCOME
Over six years, this patient achieved a striking yet understated transformation through carefully layered full-face rejuvenation.
