ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This fabulous woman in her 60s came to Mabrie Facial Institute ready to feel more like herself again. As a proud grandmother of 12, she’s full of energy and love—but her reflection didn’t match how vibrant she feels inside. Her biggest concern was the heaviness under her eyes. Previous filler from an outside office had left her with puffiness and irregular contours, making her look more tired than she felt. MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Before we could rebuild, we needed a clean slate. We started by dissolving the poorly placed filler under her eyes. Once the area was ready, Dr. Mabrie approached her rejuvenation holistically using our Illumination 360° strategy—focused on enhancing the entire face rather than isolated spots. For her undereyes, we used a combination of filler types—including various densities of Restylane®, Juvederm®, and Radiesse®—to create natural-looking support and correct volume loss. But we didn’t stop there. To bring harmony to her facial contours, we also treated her nose, lower face, and forehead with contouring filler, and used BOTOX® in the upper face to lift and smooth. Every step was customized to subtly lift, contour, and illuminate her natural features.

THE OUTCOME
