The main goal was addressing the under eyes, which included carefully placed filler in the midface, cheeks, and tear troughs to soften shadows and restore youthful volume. To open her eyes further and enhance her overall results, Upneeq drops were also used to treat mild upper eyelid ptosis, giving her a more awake, lifted look.
