This lovely woman in her 40s first visited Mabrie Facial Institute seeking a second opinion on areas previously treated elsewhere, along with a desire to refine the appearance of her nose. During her comprehensive Illumination 360˚ evaluation, Dr. Mabrie carefully assessed her entire face to ensure balance and harmony from every angle. In doing so, he noticed something unexpected - subtle fullness just above her upper lip. This appeared to be residual filler from a previous Injector settled within the white portion of the lip instead of the natural pink. 

While her primary concern was her nose, Dr. Mabrie recommended a minor adjustment to the lips in order to highlight her most natural beauty.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
The plan started with Hylenex to dissolve the misplaced filler above her lip, instantly softening and restoring balance to the area. Once the foundation was set, we carefully added Restylane Kysse to the pink portion of her lips - both upper and lower - for a subtle refresh. This approach restored natural volume and definition, keeping the lips elegant and never overdone.

THE OUTCOME
