ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her early 50's came to MFI seeking a correction after receiving under eye filler from an outside provider. She had noticed persistent puffiness and a bluish tint beneath the eyes — a common concern when filler is placed too superficially, known as the Tyndall effect. Her goal was to restore a smoother, more refreshed appearance while preserving a natural look.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This transformation began with a corrective phase to dissolve misplaced filler using Hyaluronidase (Hylenex), an enzyme that safely breaks down hyaluronic acid-based fillers. Once the area was cleared, we created a custom plan to restore volume with artistry and precision:

Restylane to the Under Eyes: Replenished volume beneath the eyes with a more refined placement to smoothhollowing and reduce puffiness.

Juvederm Voluma to the Midface and Cheeks: Restored lift and natural contour to the cheeks, helping to subtly support the under eye area and enhance facial balance.
