Before And After Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty After Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 109
ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This San Francisco Bay Area professional came to us seeking a solution for nasal irregularities that remained after a surgical rhinoplasty she underwent in 2003. The procedure had left her with a visible indentation at the nasal tip and a slight bump along the dorsum, which gave her profile an operated, unnatural appearance. She was hoping for a non-surgical alternative that wouldn’t require downtime or another round of surgery.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
To evaluate her overall facial harmony and tailor the best solution, Dr. Mabrie began with an i360 Full Face assessment—our signature approach that ensures any single treatment supports balanced, natural-looking results across the entire face. While the primary concern was her nose, this broader evaluation helped guide optimal placement and technique.
For the Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, dermal filler was used to address the concavity in the supratip area, likely caused by cartilage collapse following her surgery. The filler was carefully placed to elevate the depression, smooth out the profile, and restore natural contour and symmetry to the nasal bridge and tip.
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: Dermal filler was used to improve post-surgical contour irregularities, increase tip definition, and elevate a deep supratip depression for a more natural, harmonious nasal profile.
THE OUTCOME
The indentation at her nasal tip has been gently corrected, leaving her with a significantly smoother, more balanced profile. She was thrilled with the subtle yet impactful change—and especially appreciated the speed and ease of treatment. With no downtime required, she was able to return to her routine immediately, feeling more confident and aligned with her aesthetic goals.
