Before And After Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty After Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 1284
ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her early 40s, this patient came to MFI seeking to refine the results of a surgical rhinoplasty she’d had a decade earlier. While the initial surgery addressed a nasal hump, she noticed that when she smiled, her nose appeared “sunken,” and the tip seemed to droop. She was hoping for a more balanced, lifted appearance—without undergoing another operation. Her primary goals were to smooth asymmetry along the nasal bridge and subtly elevate the nasal tip for a more harmonious profile.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Guided by the principles of our i360 approach which emphasizes balance, light, and facial harmony this transformation was achieved using Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty with Restylane-L, a hyaluronic acid filler.
Bridge Refinement: Filler was carefully placed along the nasal bridge to correct asymmetries and smooth surface irregularities.
Tip Support: Additional filler at the nasal tip provided subtle lift and structure, minimizing downward pull during smiling.
This treatment reflects our belief that even single area enhancements benefit from an i360 mindset where each detail is shaped with precision and purpose.
THE OUTCOME
Her results are a masterclass in subtle refinement: the bridge now appears smooth and symmetrical, while the tip has a lifted, supported contour that holds beautifully even when she smiles. The nose looks completely natural and proportionate to the rest of her features. Best of all, she was able to avoid revision surgery while achieving the elegant correction she was seeking. At MFI, we shape faces without surgery and this case shows how sculptural design and expert technique can elevate confidence with just a touch.
