ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This longtime MFI patient came to us with a concern that had been on her mind for years: noticeable indentations along her nasal bridge and a lack of tip definition following a prior surgical rhinoplasty. Though she had considered revision surgery, she hoped for a solution that felt less invasive — with minimal downtime and maximum refinement.

She chose MFI’s non-surgical rhinoplasty with Restylane to achieve smoother structure and renewed contour, all without returning to the OR.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This case was treated as part of our Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty approach within the i360˚ framework. Using Restylane, a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler, we focused on:

  • Nasal Bridge Correction – Filler was placed with precision to smooth post-surgical indentations and re-establish a straighter bridge profile.
  • Nasal Tip Refinement – Subtle filler support helped lift and shape the nasal tip for a more sculpted and defined appearance.

She returned about a month later for a second refinement treatment to build lasting support and ensure balance from every angle. Her look is now maintained with annual touch-ups.

THE OUTCOME
Her results are exactly what she envisioned: a smooth, lifted, and beautifully proportioned nose — all without another surgery. This treatment helped restore confidence in her profile and highlight the elegance of her facial structure.
