Before And After Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty After Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 1338
ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient, in her early 30s, came to MFI seeking correction after two prior rhinoplasties left her feeling self-conscious about visible dents, asymmetry, and irregular cartilage along her nasal bridge. Her previous surgeon noted a “corkscrew” cartilage configuration—contributing to the twisted, uneven shape that affected her confidence from every angle.
After years of living with post-surgical irregularities, she was drawn to MFI’s reputation for precision and artistry in non-surgical transformations. Her goal: a straighter, smoother nose with improved nostril balance and nasal symmetry—especially from profile and three-quarter views.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Correcting post-surgical nasal irregularities demands deep anatomical knowledge and advanced technique. Using our i360˚ approach, Dr. Mabrie crafted a multi-angle, non-surgical rhinoplasty plan that addressed both visible contour defects and structural asymmetries.
Over the course of three sessions, we performed:
- Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty using dermal filler to smooth deep indentations along the bridge, soften angles, and camouflage cartilage irregularities
- Tip Contour Refinement to enhance projection and definition
- Nostril Rim Refinement for improved symmetry and visual balance
- Crooked Nose Balancing to align nasal structure from all viewpoints
This strategic, staged approach allowed for subtle yet powerful enhancement—reshaping how light moves across her nose while preserving a natural look aligned with her aesthetic vision.
THE OUTCOME
Her transformation speaks volumes—not just in appearance, but in confidence. For the first time, she no longer fixates on her nose in photos or mirrors. She feels at ease in her skin again, with a nose that harmonizes beautifully from every angle. This result didn’t just restore balance to her profile—it helped restore self-trust.
