Before And After Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty After Surgical Rhinoplasty Case 274
ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This gentlemen in his 30's came to us seeking help with a collapsing nasal bridge that had gradually worsened due to long-term CPAP use. He had a history of nasal trauma and had undergone surgical rhinoplasty with a silicone implant over a decade ago. Now facing structural changes without wanting another surgery, he turned to Dr. Mabrie for a non-surgical solution.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
During his visit, we conducted a comprehensive i360 Full Face assessment to evaluate balance, harmony, and structural support before focusing on the nose. While the primary concern was nasal bridge collapse, the full-face approach helped ensure natural, cohesive results.
Treatment highlights:
- Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty using Restylane: Dermal filler was used to rebuild and contour the nasal bridge, restoring structure and definition without surgery.
- Botox to the Glabella (between the brows): Softened dynamic lines and helped maintain a smooth contour at the nasal root.
Together, these treatments offered a precise, lower-risk alternative to revision surgery and were carefully tailored to fit the patient’s needs and facial anatomy.
THE OUTCOME
Both the patient and Dr. Mabrie were very pleased with the smooth, natural-looking outcome and the restoration of nasal structure — all achieved without another surgery.
