ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 30's came to us after undergoing two surgical rhinoplasties abroad, along with Dermal Filler from an outside office to the nose that left him with visible asymmetry and contour irregularities. Specifically, an indentation on the right side of his nose created imbalance across the nasal bridge. His primary concern was achieving symmetry and refinement, especially from the front-facing view. He met with Dr. Mabrie for expert evaluation and correction.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This case began with a full i360 assessment to evaluate nasal symmetry and overall facial balance from every angle. Dr. Mabrie’s corrective plan included:

  • Dissolving previous filler with Hyaluronidase (Hylenex) to remove improperly placed product and create a clean foundation.
  • Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty with Restylane to:
    • Restore a smooth, symmetrical nasal contour
    • Refine the nasal tip and nostril rims
    • Provide support along the bridge for improved balance and proportion

This tailored approach corrected post-surgical contour irregularities and subtly reshaped the bridge, enhancing nasal harmony.

THE OUTCOME
The patient was thrilled with the transformation, noting a more balanced and confident profile. The improved contour created both aesthetic refinement and a sense of restored symmetry—especially visible in his front and angled views.
