ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her 30s, this patient came to MFI seeking a transformation that aligned her youthful features with her evolving professional identity. Though naturally beautiful, she felt her face appeared more rounded and cherubic than she desired and hoped for a more sculpted, refined look that would project confidence and sophistication. Her transformation was thoughtfully designed as part of our i360 Full Face approach, with the goal of balancing femininity with facial definition.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN 
To slim the lower face and refine her overall structure, Dr. Mabrie designed a custom i360 Full Face treatment plan that included:

Facial slimming with Botox – Injected into the masseter muscles to subtly reduce width in the lower face, creating a softer, V-shaped contour.

Cheek and chin enhancement – Hyaluronic acid-based fillers were used to lift and define the midface and elongate the chin for elegant proportion.

Jawline contouring – Filler added along the mandible to sharpen transitions and increase definition.

Under eye and midface rejuvenation – Filler was used to smooth hollowness and restore rested, refreshed volume beneath the eyes.

Nasal refinement – Minor filler adjustments balanced the profile for subtle harmony.

Lip enhancement – A touch of volume created balance with the newly sculpted lower face.
