ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In his early 40s, this patient came to MFI hoping to refresh his look and bring more definition to his features. His primary concern was facial roundness — he felt his natural face shape lacked the structure and contour he preferred. His goal was to create a more chiseled, masculine appearance without surgery.
MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Dr. Mabrie created a customized i360 Full Face plan using dermal fillers to sculpt, contour, and refine facial angles across the mid and lower face. Treatments were performed over two appointments to ensure the results felt natural and cohesive.
Cheek Filler: Elevated and defined the cheekbones to slim the face and anchor facial structure.
Chin Filler: Added projection and length to the chin to help elongate the face and enhance masculine balance.
Jawline Filler: Sharpened the jawline to reduce roundness and create an athletic, sculpted silhouette.
Under-Eye Filler: Smoothed and refreshed the tear troughs to reduce tiredness and open up the eyes.
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: Refined the nasal bridge and tip to harmonize the profile with the new facial contour.
THE OUTCOME
