ABOUT OUR PATIENT

Following significant weight loss, this patient in her 30s noticed changes in facial volume, support, and definition. Her primary concerns centered around the lower face, particularly lost structure around the mouth, chin, nose, jawline, and neck. She wanted to restore definition and balance while still looking unmistakably like herself.

For her transformation, we designed a comprehensive i360 Non-Surgical Facelift using dermal filler and Daxxify. Rather than treating individual features in isolation, our approach considered how every contour connects. The goal was to restore support where volume had been lost, strengthen the lower face, and create more harmonious proportions from the front, profile, and three-quarter views.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Her customized i360 Full Face treatment plan included:

• Full-Face Dermal Filler: Restylane-L was used for the under eyes, lips, marionette lines, and nose, helping restore volume, soften transitions, and refine facial contours.
• Midface, Cheek & Jawline Filler: RHA 4 was placed through the midface, cheeks, and jawline to rebuild support and create stronger, more balanced facial definition.
• Forehead Filler: Restylane Lyft was used to refine forehead contour and create a smoother transition through the upper face.
• Daxxify Neuromodulator: Daxxify was used in the masseters, platysma bands, DAOs, forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet to soften dynamic lines while helping refine the jawline, lower face, and neck.

THE OUTCOME

Seven months after beginning her non-surgical facelift, her transformation is visible from every angle. Her lower face appears more structured, her profile more refined, and her features more balanced as a whole.
