ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in his 20s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting greater cheek definition and midface structure while maintaining a naturally masculine appearance. His cheeks lacked the projection and contour he wanted, giving the midface a flatter, less defined appearance. His goal was not fuller cheeks, but stronger cheekbone architecture that would add dimension to his face and complement his already masculine features.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

For this i360 Full Face transformation, we focused on creating strategic points of structure rather than adding generalized volume. The cheeks play an important role in framing the face, so their projection and shape were considered alongside the under-eyes, nose, chin, and jawline. This allowed us to build a more defined midface while maintaining cohesive proportions from the front, profile, and three-quarter views.

• Cheeks + Midface: Structural HA filler enhanced cheekbone projection and contour, creating sharper definition and a more sculpted masculine framework.
• Under Eyes: Filler softened hollowness and improved the transition from the lower eyelids into the newly defined cheeks.
• Jawline: Strategic filler strengthened the angles and definition of the lower face.
• Chin: Added projection and structure to create stronger profile proportions and complement the cheek enhancement.
• Nose: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty refined the nasal contour and contributed to overall facial balance.

THE OUTCOME

His cheeks now appear more projected, structured, and distinctly defined, adding dimension through the center of his face without creating unnecessary fullness. From the three-quarter view, the enhanced cheek contour creates a stronger, more angular facial shape, while improved midface support helps the under eye transition appear smoother and more refreshed.

Combined with refinements to his chin, jawline, and nose, the result is a sharper, more balanced, and naturally masculine appearance. Rather than looking “filled,” his face simply looks more structured, intentional, and proportionate.
