ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 20s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting more definition and contour through her cheeks while preserving the softness and youthfulness of her natural features. Her goal was not to dramatically increase volume, but to create more visible cheek structure and dimension, giving her face a more sculpted, refined appearance from the front and three-quarter views.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

For her i360 Full Face analysis, we studied where subtle changes in projection and contour could enhance her natural facial architecture. The cheeks became an important focal point because their shape influences the transitions into the under eyes, midface, and lower face. 

From there, we designed a comprehensive plan that built definition while keeping every feature proportional.

• Cheeks: Structural hyaluronic acid filler enhanced cheekbone contour and projection, creating greater definition without excessive fullness.
• Midface + Under Eyes: Carefully placed filler provided support through the midface and softened under-eye hollowness for a smoother eye-to-cheek transition.
• Nose: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty refined the nasal contour to complement her facial proportions.
• Lips: Subtle filler enhanced shape and definition while preserving natural proportions.
• Chin + Jawline: Strategic filler strengthened lower-face contours and created a more defined transition from chin to jaw.
• Oral Commissures: Filler provided subtle support at the corners of the mouth and softened surrounding shadows.

THE OUTCOME

Her cheeks now have greater projection, contour, and visible definition, giving her face a more sculpted framework while maintaining the softness appropriate for her age. The enhanced cheek structure also creates a smoother transition into the under eyes and adds dimension through the midface.
