In her 20s, this talented and hardworking Physician Assistant wanted a subtle yet effective way to enhance her facial structure. this patient was tired of having a “baby face” and wanted her appearance to better reflect her maturity. For this case, the focus was her cheeks. While she already had beautiful natural features, she felt her midface lacked the definition and contour needed to create a more sculpted, sophisticated appearance. Her goal was subtle enhancement—not fuller-looking cheeks, but stronger cheekbone structure that would bring dimension and balance to her face.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Her treatment was approached through an i360 Full Face assessment, looking beyond the cheeks to understand how the midface, jawline, and lower-face proportions worked together. By considering the face as one connected structure, we could enhance her cheekbones while supporting the overall shape and balance of her features.

• Cheek Contouring: Dermal filler was strategically placed along the cheekbones to build natural-looking structure and definition. Rather than simply adding volume, the goal was to create more sculpted contours and improve how light and shadow define the midface.
• Jawline Definition: Dermal filler was used to sharpen and strengthen the jawline, complementing the newly defined cheeks and creating a more structured facial silhouette.
• Facial Slimming: Botox was placed in the masseter muscles to relax the overactive muscles contributing to lower-face width. This gradually created a slimmer contour while also helping stop her persistent teeth clenching and grinding, providing significant relief.

THE OUTCOME

Her cheekbones now appear more defined and sculpted while remaining completely at home within her natural features. Combined with a sharper jawline and slimmer lower face, the added cheek structure gives her face the mature, sophisticated definition she was looking for—without taking away from what already made her look like herself.
