ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her early 30s and preparing for her wedding, this patient wanted greater definition through her cheeks and a more sculpted facial shape. Her natural cheek structure offered less projection through the midface, contributing to a rounder appearance and less distinction between the cheeks and lower face. Her goal wasn’t simply to add volume—it was to create dimension, contour, and beautiful facial balance while still looking completely like herself.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Through our i360 Full Face facial analysis, we evaluated her face from the front, profile, and three-quarter views—studying projection, proportion, light, shadow, and how each feature influenced the next. This analysis became the blueprint for several carefully sequenced treatments leading up to her wedding.

• Cheeks: A more supportive filler texture was placed strategically to build projection and create a higher, more defined cheek contour. Rather than creating fullness, the placement was designed to give the midface stronger architecture, allowing light to catch the cheek more beautifully while creating the impression of a slimmer, more sculpted face.
• Chin + Botox: Structural filler added projection and shape to the chin, helping lengthen and balance her naturally rounder proportions. Botox relaxed excessive chin contraction, creating a smoother surface and a more polished lower-face contour.
• Under Eyes: A softer, highly integrating filler was used to blend hollow transitions beneath the eyes, reducing shadowing and creating a smoother connection between the under-eye and cheek.
• Nose: Precise filler placement subtly refined the nasal contour and profile. These small adjustments helped the nose sit more harmoniously between the newly defined cheeks and chin.
• Lips: A soft, flexible filler enhanced shape and proportion while preserving natural movement—providing refinement rather than an overly filled appearance.

THE OUTCOME
The cheeks now serve as the architectural centerpiece of her transformation, with stronger definition and more elegant light reflection. The surrounding refinements support that result, creating a face that appears slimmer, more dimensional, and beautifully balanced from every angle.
