ABOUT OUR PATIENT

In his 60s, this patient wanted to address the dimpling and uneven bumps across his chin, while also improving a lifelong concern with a weak chin and lower-face definition. The goal was to create a chin that appeared smoother at rest and in motion while strengthening its underlying shape and maintaining a natural, masculine result.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Our i360 assessment evaluates the face from every angle—considering movement, proportion, projection, structure, and how each feature relates to the whole. In this case, we identified both a structural and muscular component to the appearance of the chin, allowing us to address its shape and surface together.

• Chin: Dense, structured dermal filler was layered strategically to improve projection, proportion, and structural support.
• Chin Dimpling: Botox was placed in the mentalis muscle to relax excessive muscle contraction contributing to the dimpling and bumpy texture, helping the chin appear smoother and more refined.
• Jawline: Structural filler was used to create stronger definition and connect the chin more seamlessly with the lower-face framework.

His structural transformation was developed over several layering appointments spaced approximately six weeks apart, allowing us to continually assess and refine the result.

THE OUTCOME

A smoother, more structured chin with stronger lower-face balance and definition. By treating both movement and structure, we refined the details without changing his identity. Most meaningful of all, he shared that he has never felt more secure and confident in his appearance.
