In her 20s, this patient was bothered by dimpling and uneven texture in the chin area that became more noticeable with facial movement and at rest. She wanted a smoother, softer lower face appearance while still maintaining natural expression and facial character. Using a precise, design-focused approach, we treated the chin to improve surface texture and create a more refined transition through the lower face.

Treatment focused on relaxing overactive chin muscle activity contributing to dimpling and irregular contour.

Botox to the Mentalis muscle (chin area) - Neuromodulator injections were strategically placed to soften the appearance of chin dimpling and tension. By relaxing the mentalis muscle, the treatment helped smooth the skin surface, reduce puckering, and create a cleaner, more polished chin contour while preserving natural movement and expression.
