ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This vibrant patient in her 50s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to smooth the bumps and dimpling across her chin and create a softer, more polished lower-face contour. An overactive mentalis muscle contributed to the uneven, puckered texture of her chin, while age-related volume changes through the cheeks, under eyes, and jawline were beginning to affect her overall facial balance. She wanted to look smoother, refreshed, and more youthful, but still completely natural and recognizable.

With our i360 Full Face approach, we evaluated both the movement creating her chin dimpling and the structural changes occurring throughout her face. This allowed us to treat the chin from two perspectives—relaxing excessive muscle activity while refining the underlying contour—and then support those improvements with strategic treatment of the surrounding features.

• Chin Bumps + Dimples: Botox relaxed the overactive mentalis muscle responsible for puckering and uneven texture, helping create a smoother chin surface.
• Chin: Dermal filler refined shape and structure, complementing the improvement achieved with Botox.

THE OUTCOME
