ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This male patient in his 40s presented with concerns about chin projection and lower face definition, feeling his profile appeared soft and slightly heavy. He also noted looking more tired than he felt, particularly through the under-eye area. His goal was a stronger, more structured appearance that still felt natural and true to him. Through a comprehensive i360 analysis, we identified the chin as the anchor point—where subtle refinement could dramatically improve facial balance and how light moves across his profile.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
His treatment followed a custom i360 approach, addressing both structure and fatigue:

• Chin Projection with dermal filler – Carefully placed filler enhanced forward projection, strengthening the profile, reducing the appearance of a double chin, and creating a cleaner transition from chin to neck.
• Jawline refinement – Strategic support along the jawline improved definition and reinforced a more sculpted lower face.
• Midface & under eye rejuvenation – Filler was used to restore volume through the cheeks and soften under eye hollowness, reducing shadowing and refreshing his overall expression.
