ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This elegant woman in her 60s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to restore structure and definition to her face, with a special focus on improving her chin projection. Over time, she noticed softening in her lower face, including loss of chin support, deepening folds, and early jowling that affected her overall profile. Her goal was a refreshed, lifted appearance that still felt natural and age-appropriate. MFI TREATMENT PLAN
A customized plan was strategically designed using a combination of dermal fillers and BOTOX to rebuild structure and enhance harmony:

• Chin Projection (Primary Focus): A blend of firmer, high-density fillers created structure and forward projection, while a biostimulatory (Radiesse) filler reinforced the foundation by supporting collagen over time. Together, these products enhanced chin strength and improved overall profile balance.
• Midface & Cheeks: A smooth, lifting filler with moderate density was placed to restore volume and subtly elevate the midface, improving facial support and softening the transition into the lower face.
• Jawline & Jowls: Structured, supportive fillers were used along the jawline to improve definition, while softer, more flexible filler helped smooth areas of shadow and early jowling for a cleaner contour.
• Under Eyes & Nasolabial Folds: A softer, more fluid filler was selected to gently soften hollows and folds, blending delicate areas without adding heaviness.
• Neuromodulator (BOTOX): Precisely placed to relax expression lines in the frown area, crow’s feet, and chin, smoothing texture and enhancing the overall refinement of the result.
