ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in his 20s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to strengthen his chin projection and create a sharper, more masculine profile. His chin lacked forward projection, which softened his lower-face definition and contributed to the appearance of fullness beneath the chin. His goal was a stronger, more structured chin with improved length and definition, while keeping the result proportional to his natural features.

For his i360 Full Face analysis, we focused on how strengthening the chin could change the overall architecture of his profile. Chin projection affects more than the chin itself. It influences the perceived definition of the jawline, the chin-to-neck transition, and the visual relationship between the nose and lower face. With these proportions in mind, we developed a comprehensive plan that placed the chin at the center of his transformation.

• Chin Projection: a combination of dense, structured fillers were strategically layered to build forward projection, length, and structural definition for a stronger masculine shape.
• Jawline: Filler enhanced the angles and contours of the jaw, creating a sharper transition into the newly projected chin.
• Cheeks + Midface: Strategic filler added supportive structure and balanced the stronger lower-face proportions.
• Under Eyes: Filler softened hollowness and improved the transition from the lower eyelids into the cheeks.
• Nose: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty refined the nasal contour, improving the relationship between the nose and chin in profile.

THE OUTCOME

His chin now appears more projected, defined, and structurally prominent, creating a noticeably stronger foundation for his profile. The added projection also visually lengthens the lower face and creates a cleaner chin-to-neck transition, reducing the appearance of under-chin fullness.
