ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 30s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting greater chin projection and definition to bring more structure and balance to her profile. Her chin lacked forward projection, which made the lower face appear less defined in relation to her other features. Her goal was to create a stronger, more sculpted chin while maintaining a feminine shape and natural proportions.

Rather than determining chin projection by looking at the lower face alone, our i360 Full Face analysis allowed us to study the relationship between her chin, jawline, nose, cheeks, midface, and under-eyes from multiple viewpoints. This helped us identify where subtle changes in supporting areas could enhance the chin result and create better overall facial proportion.

Her customized treatment plan included:

• Chin Projection: Structural hyaluronic acid filler added forward projection and definition, while Botox relaxed the mentalis muscle to reduce inward pull and create a smoother contour.
