ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 30s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting greater chin projection, definition, and symmetry. Her chin lacked forward projection, which shortened the appearance of her lower face and softened the transition between her chin and neck. She wanted to create a more elongated, feminine V-shape with improved profile balance, while keeping the transformation natural and appropriate for her existing features.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

For her i360 Full Face analysis, we considered how changing the length and projection of the chin would influence the proportions of her entire face. We evaluated her profile as well as her frontal and three-quarter views, paying particular attention to the relationship between the chin, nose, midface, cheeks, and under eyes. This allowed us to determine where structure would have the greatest visual impact and where complementary refinements could create a more cohesive result.

• Chin Projection: Structural hyaluronic acid filler added forward projection and length while improving symmetry and creating a more tapered, defined shape.
• Nose: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty refined the nasal contour and improved the relationship between the nose and newly projected chin.
• Under Eyes: Filler softened hollowness and improved the transition from the lower eyelids into the cheeks.
• Midface + Cheeks: Strategic filler enhanced support and contour, helping frame the face and balance the stronger lower-face proportions.

THE OUTCOME

Her chin now has greater projection, length, and definition, creating a noticeably stronger yet feminine foundation for her face. From the profile, the added projection improves the relationship between her chin, lips, and nose, while the added length creates a cleaner chin-to-neck transition.

From the front, improved symmetry and tapering give her lower face the refined V-shaped contour she wanted. Complementary treatment throughout the face brings everything together, resulting in a transformation that feels sculpted, proportional, and naturally balanced.
