ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In her late 20s, this patient wanted to enhance her chin projection and create a more defined, balanced lower face—without changing the features that already felt like her. From the profile, she felt her chin sat slightly behind the rest of her facial structure, which softened the transition from the lower lip through the chin and into the neck.

Her goal was not simply to “add filler,” but to create stronger proportion and a more intentional lower-face silhouette. Through a Lower Face Contour approach, we focused on refining the chin as an architectural anchor of the face, creating projection and structure that would complement her natural features from every angle.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
This Lower Face Contour began with an i360 Facial Assessment: Every transformation begins with understanding the face as a whole. Our i360 facial assessment evaluates facial proportions, profile relationships, structural balance, and how light moves across the face. For this patient, the assessment helped determine the degree and placement of chin projection needed to create a more harmonious relationship between the chin, jawline, lips, and neck.

• Chin Projection: Structural filler was strategically placed to bring the chin forward and refine its shape. Rather than focusing on volume alone, treatment was designed to create purposeful projection, strengthen the lower-face framework, and establish a cleaner, more balanced profile.

THE OUTCOME
The result is subtle in volume but meaningful in structure. With improved chin projection, her profile appears more balanced and intentional, with a smoother visual transition from the lower lip through the chin and into the jawline and neck.

From the front, the chin feels naturally integrated with her existing features; from the side, the added projection creates greater definition and a more refined lower-face silhouette. The goal was never to make her look filled—it was to use thoughtful structure to bring the entire face into better proportion while preserving what makes her look distinctly like herself.
