ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her 20s came to us seeking enhanced chin projection, feeling her chin appeared too rounded and lacked the definition she envisioned. Her goal was a more sculpted, softly tapered shape—something that would elevate her overall look while still feeling natural and balanced. With the chin as a key focal point, we designed a plan to refine her lower face and enhance facial harmony.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
As part of our i360 Full Face approach, we focused on sculpting structure and proportion:

• Chin Projection & Contouring: A blend of Radiesse was used to create a strong structural base, paired with Voluma, a hyaluronic acid filler, refined shape and added smooth contour transforming a rounded chin into a more tapered, heart-shaped profile.
• Jawline Contouring: Subtle definition along the jawline supported the new chin shape, creating a seamless, sculpted lower face.
• Midface & Cheek Enhancement: Volume was added to the cheeks and midface to enhance contour and provide lift, reinforcing overall balance.
• Under Eye Rejuvenation: Filler softened under eye hollows, creating a brighter, more refreshed appearance.
• Lip Enhancement: Lips were subtly refined to complement her new proportions and add softness.
• Nasal Refinement: A non-surgical nose enhancement improved profile harmony and facial flow.

THE OUTCOME
