ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 30s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to strengthen his chin projection and create a more defined, masculine profile. His chin lacked both forward projection and vertical length, which softened the lower face and affected the overall balance between his chin, lips, and nose. His goal wasn’t simply a larger chin—he wanted a stronger, more structured lower face that looked proportional from every angle while maintaining his natural features.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
We began with our i360 Full Face analysis, evaluating his facial architecture from the front, profile, and three-quarter views. This comprehensive assessment allowed us to identify how strengthening the chin could improve his profile while also determining which supporting areas would benefit from refinement.

Treatment was gradually layered across approximately eight visits from 2021–2024, allowing us to build and refine his results over time:

• Chin: Structural HA filler added forward and downward projection, creating greater length and a stronger masculine shape.
• Jawline: Dermal filler reinforced definition and supported the newly projected chin.
• Nose: Subtle contouring improved nasal proportions and profile balance.
• Midface + Cheeks: Strategic support enhanced facial structure and proportion.
• Under Eyes: Filler softened hollowness and created a smoother transition into the cheeks.
• Forehead: Careful contouring created a smoother, more balanced upper-face profile.

THE OUTCOME
His chin now has significantly stronger projection, length, and definition, creating a more powerful anchor for the lower face. The profile appears more balanced, while the jawline looks sharper and more structured.
