ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her 30s wanted to move beyond the roundness of her “babyface” and create a more mature, defined appearance. Her primary concern was her shorter, recessed chin, which contributed to the rounded shape of her lower face and made her facial proportions feel less balanced. She wanted greater chin projection and length to create a more sculpted profile, while maintaining a soft, feminine result that still looked completely natural.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Following an i360 Full Face analysis and treatment planning process, we evaluated her facial structure from multiple angles, paying close attention to the relationship between her chin, jawline, nose, and overall profile. This comprehensive assessment allowed us to determine where strategic structural support could visually lengthen the lower face and create more balanced proportions.

We designed a Lower Face Package centered on chin projection, with complementary treatments layered over three visits using hyaluronic acid filler.

• Chin: Added forward and downward projection to create greater length, improve profile balance, and reduce the appearance of lower-face roundness.
• Jawline: Refined the contour to support the newly projected chin and create a smoother, more defined transition through the lower face.
• Nose: Subtle refinement improved profile proportions and created greater harmony between the nose and chin.

THE OUTCOME
Her chin now has noticeably greater projection and length, creating a more defined foundation for her lower face. The additional structure visually elongates her facial proportions and softens the rounded “babyface” appearance that had previously bothered her. Through the i360 approach, her final result feels more sculpted, mature, and balanced while remaining feminine, natural, and distinctly her.
