ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his early 30s wanted to address a recessed chin that he felt lacked definition and made his lower face appear less structured, particularly from the side. His goal was a stronger, more masculine profile with improved chin projection and sharper lower-face proportions. Just as importantly, he wanted the result to look natural and proportional, enhancing his features without changing what made him look like himself.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
We began with our i360 Full Face analysis, evaluating his face from multiple angles and assessing how the chin, jawline, midface, and under eyes worked together. Rather than treating the chin in isolation, this comprehensive approach allowed us to build a plan that strengthened his profile while maintaining balance throughout the face.

Using hyaluronic acid filler over two treatment visits, we strategically treated:

• Chin: Added forward and downward projection for greater length, definition, and masculine structure.
• Jawline: Reinforced the lower-face contour to complement the newly projected chin and create a stronger transition into the jaw.
• Midface + Cheeks: Added targeted structural support to maintain balanced facial proportions.
• Under Eyes: Softened hollowness and improved the transition into the midface for a more refreshed appearance.
