ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in her late 30s came to Mabrie Facial Institute wanting to refine the shape and proportions of her lower face. She felt her chin appeared short and slightly square, contributing to a wider, less tapered appearance through the lower face. Her goal was to create more length and projection while developing a softer, feminine V-shaped contour. She wanted noticeable improvement in shape and definition without sacrificing the natural character of her features.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
We began with our Illumination 360°™ (i360) Full Face analysis, carefully evaluating her facial proportions from the front, profile, and three-quarter views. This comprehensive assessment considers how each feature relates to the face as a whole, allowing us to determine where strategic changes would create the greatest improvement in balance and harmony.

Using dermal filler, we developed a customized plan centered on chin projection while supporting the surrounding facial structure:

• Chin: Added vertical length and strategic projection to transform a shorter, squarer chin into a more elongated and softly tapered shape.
• Jawline: Refined the lower-face contour to complement the new chin proportions and create a smoother transition from chin to jaw.
• Midface: Added strategic support to maintain balanced proportions between the upper, middle, and lower thirds of the face.

THE OUTCOME
Her chin now appears longer, more projected, and beautifully tapered, creating the feminine V-shaped lower face she envisioned. From the front, the added length visually narrows and refines the lower face, while the profile shows improved projection and proportion.
