ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This patient in his 50s came to us seeking improved chin projection, feeling his profile lacked the structure and forward balance that defines a strong, masculine lower face. His goal was not to look different, but more defined and more aligned. With the chin as the anchor of the profile, we designed a plan to subtly strengthen and support his overall facial architecture.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
As part of our i360 Full Face approach, we focused on strategic structural enhancement:

• Chin Projection:A blend of firmer, high-density fillers were used used to build a firm, foundational structure, supporting long-term definition and contour. The flexible hyaluronic acid filler, was layered to refine shape and allow for natural movement enhancing projection while maintaining a smooth, natural feel.
• Jawline Contouring: Additional refinement along the jawline helped extend definition and create a more cohesive, sculpted lower face.
• Midface & Cheek Enhancement: Volume was restored through the midface and cheeks to improve structural support and overall facial balance.
• Under Eye Rejuvenation: Filler was used to soften hollowness and reduce shadowing, creating a more rested and refreshed appearance.
• Forehead Balancing: Strategic HA filler placement smoothed contour irregularities and contributed to a more harmonious upper face.
• Nasal Refinement: A non-surgical nose enhancement refined the profile, improving overall symmetry and flow.
