ABOUT OUR PATIENT

This patient in her 50s wanted to improve chin projection and create stronger definition through her lower face while maintaining a soft, natural, and feminine appearance. As a longtime MFI patient, she began her journey with Dr. Mabrie through the Midface & Under Eye Package. Over time, she trusted his eye to recommend additional areas where subtle structural refinement could bring greater harmony to her features.

Using MFI’s i360 Full Face approach, Dr. Mabrie looked beyond the chin alone, considering how its projection related to her jawline, midface, and overall facial proportions. The goal was not simply to add filler. It was to strategically reshape the foundation of the lower face so her chin would appear more projected, refined, and naturally integrated with the rest of her features.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

• Chin Projection | Restylane + Restylane Lyft: The chin was treated with Restylane over several sessions, with Restylane Lyft used once for additional structural support. Thoughtful filler placement helped bring the chin forward while refining its shape and proportions.
• Jawline | Restylane Lyft + RHA 4: Restylane Lyft was used to support the chin and jawline, while RHA 4 was placed in the mid-posterior jawline. Strengthening these surrounding contours helps the projected chin transition smoothly into the jawline for a more cohesive lower-face shape.
• Chin | Botox: Botox was used to relax excess muscle activity that contributed to visible chin bumps and dimpling. Smoothing this movement complements the structural improvements created with filler.
• Midface & Under Eye Package | Voluma + Restylane: Her MFI journey began with Voluma to support the cheeks and Restylane to soften under-eye hollowness. While these areas are not visible in these cropped lower-face photos, they contribute to the broader i360 Full Face approach to facial balance.

THE OUTCOME

As a longtime MFI patient, she was happy to share the evolution of her results.
