ABOUT OUR PATIENT
In his 40s, this patient came to MFI wanting to improve his chin projection and overall facial structure. His primary concern was a recessive chin that disrupted his side profile and made his face appear rounder and less defined. Years of weight fluctuation had softened his contours, and he was looking for a solution that would create a stronger, more masculine appearance — while still maintaining a natural look.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
To address his concern, we focused first on chin projection using dermal filler to build forward structure in the anterior chin. This created a stronger side profile, eliminated the recessed appearance, and gave the lower face more balance and definition.

To further refine the result, we used BOTOX to the mentalis muscle — which helped smooth chin dimpling and enhanced the overall lower face contour.

This foundation was part of a full Illumination 360 (i360) Full Face treatment, which also included:

THE OUTCOME
His chin now projects naturally and confidently, correcting the recessed look and creating a stronger, more masculine profile. The addition of BOTOX to the mentalis smoothed the chin surface and brought refinement to the lower face.
