ABOUT OUR PATIENT

In her 30s, this patient’s primary concern was a wide, underprojected chin that made her lower face appear broader than she preferred. She wanted more chin projection and definition, with the ultimate goal of creating a slimmer, more heart-shaped facial silhouette.

Her transformation began in May 2021 and evolved thoughtfully through September 2025. The chin became a key architectural point in reshaping her facial proportions. By bringing it forward and refining its contours, we could create a stronger endpoint to the face while visually narrowing and defining the lower third. Rather than simply adding volume, the approach was about placing structure precisely where it could have the greatest impact on shape.

As part of her i360 Full Face journey, the treatment plan centered on improving chin projection and supporting that new shape with complementary refinements.

• Chin Projection & Lower-Face Contouring: A combination of HA filler and Radiesse was strategically placed to build forward projection, refine chin shape, and create lower-face definition. This helped shift her appearance from wider and less projected toward a more tapered, heart-shaped contour.
• Masseter Botox: Botox helped soften the appearance of width through the jaw area, further supporting the slimmer lower-face silhouette created by the chin treatment.
• Cheeks: Filler created strategic midface structure and contour, helping balance the newly defined chin within the full face.
• Nose: Filler refined the profile, creating greater harmony between the nose and projected chin.
• Upper Face & Lips: Botox softened upper-face expression lines, while lip filler added shape and definition to complement her overall proportions.

THE OUTCOME

The defining change is her chin projection. With greater forward structure and a more refined shape, her lower face now appears slimmer, more defined, and intentionally contoured. Her profile shows improved balance, while the frontal view reveals the more heart-shaped silhouette she wanted.
