ABOUT OUR PATIENT
This male patient in his 60s came to MFI seeking improvement in chin projection and lower facial definition. Over time, he noticed that his chin appeared recessed and his jawline had softened, creating a heavier lower face and less defined profile. His goal was a stronger, more structured appearance while still looking natural and masculine.

During our Illumination 360˚ Facial Analysis, we evaluated how the chin, jawline, and surrounding structures work together to shape the profile. The analysis revealed that enhancing chin projection and restoring jawline structure would rebalance the lower face and create a cleaner transition from face to neck.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN
Following the i360 facial analysis, a customized Lower Face Treatment Plan was designed to strengthen the architectural foundation of the chin and jawline while maintaining natural facial harmony.

• Radiesse – Chin Projection
  Radiesse was strategically placed to enhance chin projection and improve overall facial balance. This calcium-based filler provides strong structural support, helping extend the chin forward and create a more harmonious relationship between the nose, lips, and chin.
• Radiesse – Jawline Contouring
  Radiesse was also used along the jawline to restore definition and reinforce the natural border of the lower face. This technique sharpens the jawline and helps reduce the appearance of heaviness or early jowling by creating a more sculpted contour.
• Botox – Chin Projection 
  Botox was used to relax specific muscles that contribute to downward pull in the lower face. By softening these forces, Botox helps support a smoother jawline contour and enhances the structural improvements created with filler.

Treatments were performed gradually over the course of multiple visits, allowing the face to be carefully sculpted and refined over time.

THE OUTCOME
The result is a stronger, more defined lower facial structure that still feels completely natural. Improved chin projection and a cleaner jawline give his profile greater balance and presence while maintaining a masculine, effortless look. Through subtle, strategic refinement, the transformation restores definition where time had softened the contours.
